Πολυκυστική νόσος, κορτιζόνη για αυχενικό πόνο: είναι ασφαλές;
Καλησπέρα έχω πολυκυστική νόσο, με κύστες σε ήπαρ κ νεφρά, παίρνω ένα φάρμακο με κορτιζόνη γιατί έχω πόνο στον αυχένα. Θα έχω πρόβλημα; Μήπως δεν πρέπει;

Καλησπέρα σας,μπορείτε να λάβετε κορτιζόνη αρκεί να είναι σε μικρή δόση και γρήγορα η αρχική δόση να μειωθεί μέχρι την διακοπή και όλα αυτά με αρχική προϋπόθεση την παρακολούθηση της αρτηριακής πίεσης, της νεφρικής λειτουργίας και να μην μεσολαβήσει κάποιας φλεγμονή των κύστεως γι αυτό λέμε έναρξη φαρμάκου μικρή διάρκεια και σταδιακή μείωση.Ελπίζω να βοήθησα.Ο ορθοπεδικός σας να συνεργαστεί με νεφρολόγο.
