Νεφρική ανεπάρκεια

Μικροσκοπική αιματουρία 4 χρόνια, χρόνια κυστίτιδα, δυσμορφία ερυθρών 78%

Έχω μικροσκοπική αιματουρία εδώ και 4 χρόνια όλοι μου έλεγαν ότι είναι από την κύστη .. κυστεοσκόπηση έδειξε χρόνια κυστίτιδα...τα ερυθρά ανέβαιναν και η αιμοσφαιρίνη..πήγα σε νεφρολόγο έκανα όλα τα αυτοάνοσα είναι αρνητικά..ουρία και κρεατινίνη φυσιολογικά καθώς και όλες οι αιματολογικές..σε μορφολογία ερυθρών βρέθηκε πρόσφατα ομαλά 22 τοις εκατό και δυσμορφία 78 τοις εκατό έχω αγχωθεί πολύ γιατί δεν βρέθηκαν κρύσταλλοι άρα δεν είναι σπειραματονεφρίτιδα αλλά δεν μπορούν να προσδιορίσουν τι ακριβώς γίνεται και βρίσκονται τα ερυθρά κομματιασμένα με αλλοιώσεις...τι κάνω;

  • Καλησπέρα σας,κατά τη γνώμη μου 78% θεωρώ ότι χρειάζεται να κάνετε αρχικά συλλογή ουρών 24ωρου για λεύκωμα αν υπάρχει και συνυπάρχει και υπέρταση τότε μπορείτε να κάνετε βιοψία νεφρού για να δείτε τι σπειραματονεφριτιδα έχετε.Ελπίζω να βοήθησα. Ευχαριστώ πολύ
