Κίνδυνος σοβαρού προβλήματος με κρεατινίνη 1.10 και ουρία 58.0 στα 28 έτη?
Είμαι 28 ετών Τον Οκτώβριο του 2024 είχα κρεατινίνη 1.24 με φυσιολογικές τιμές εργαστηρίου 0.77-1.20 και ουρία 32.0 με φυσιολογικές τιμές εργαστηρίου 15.0-45.0 Τον Μάρτιο του 2025 είχα κρεατινίνη 1.10 και ουρία 58.0 με τις ίδιες φυσιολογικές τιμές εργαστηρίου. Τι πρέπει να κάνω? Υπάρχει κίνδυνος ύπαρξης σοβαρού προβλήματος? ΕΥΧΑΡΙΣΤΩ ΠΟΛΥ

Καλησπέρα σας καλό θα ήταν αρχικά να μην ξεχνάτε να πίνετε νερό περίπου 2-3 λίτρα τώρα το καλοκαίρι ημερησίως για να μην ανεβαίνει η ουρία και δεύτερον να επισκεφτείτε έστω μια φορά ενα Νεφρολόγο για ένα γενικό έλεγχο προληπτικού χαρακτήρα.Ελπίζω να σας βοήθησα. Ευχαριστώ πολύ
