Αιμοκάθαρση: Αποβολή μόνο τοξινών με ικανοποιητική διούρηση;
Θέλω να ρωτήσω αν γίνεται στην αιμοκάθαρση να αποβάλλονται μόνο οι τοξίνες και όχι τα υγρά εφόσον ο ασθενής έχει ικανοποιητική διούρηση.

Καλημέρα σας .το ικανοποιητικό είναι σχετικό πρέπει να μαζέψετε για 24 ώρες τα ούρα να δούμε τι βγάζει και σε σχέση με την διαφορά βάρους από αιμοκάθαρση σε αιμοκάθαρση σίγουρα οι συνάδελφοι στην μονάδα που είστε τα υπολογίζουν.Κανένας αιμοκαθαρόμενος δεν έχει φυσιολογική διούρηση όπως είναι όταν δεν υπάρχει νεφρική ανεπάρκεια και μάλιστα τελικού σταδίου σε αιμοκάθαρση οπότε έστω300-500gr σίγουρα χρειάζονται μαζί με κάτι που θα φάει και την επιστροφή του αίματος.Ελπίζω να βοήθησα καλή συνέχεια και ευχαριστώ πολύ
