Ανδρας 31 ετων. Πόνος στον αριστερό όρχι πριν απο ενα μηνα. Δοθηκε ciproxin 15 μερες. Παρατηρηθηκε βελτιωση και κανονικη στυση. 10 μερες αργοτερα και μεχρι σημερα ελλειψη στυσης. Ενω 15 μερες μετα την αντιβιωση πονος χαμηλα στη μεση και ριγος μεχρι σημερα. Οι αιματολογικες εξετασεις εντος φυσιολογικων οριων kai psa <0.7. Υπαρχει περιπτωση χρονιας προστατιτιδας και μονιμη στυτικη δισλειτουργια;
