Prognosis for biochemical recurrence after radical prostatectomy Gleason 7?
dear doctors. i have completed 40 months after radical prostatectomy. my psa up to 36 months it was 0.00. now (40 months) is 0.01. the vipsy results after operation was gleason 3+4 =7 and stage PT3B all others was negatives.( margins, lymphs, extraprostatic, urinary bladder ALL NEGATIVE) psa before operation was 5.1. question: what is the prognosis for viochemical recurence for my case?? thank you for your assistance!!
