Πρήξιμο και πόνος στους αστραγάλους άνδρα 55 ετών με ιστορικό κολίτιδας

Καλησπέρα άντρας 55 χρ 105 κιλά εμφανίστηκαν σημάδια στην κνήμη σαν σπασμένα αγγεία και πόνος στους αστραγάλους με πρήξιμο στα πόδια χαμηλά. Σε εξετάσεις προ τριμήνου είχα κρεατινίνη 1.04 ουρία 41 και ουρικό οξύ 6.9 ζάχαρο 102. Πήρα επίσης φάρμακα για μικροσκοπική κολίτιδα και δεν έπινα πολύ νερό. Δεν έχω πρόβλημα με την καρδιά που μπορεί να οφείλεται το πρήξιμο και ο πόνος στους αστραγάλους;
