Καλησπέρα. Πήρε κατά λάθος ο πατέρας μου διπλή δόση Effexor 75mg. Υπάρχει κάποιος κίνδυνος;; Ευχαριστώ.

  • Κοιτάξτε γενικός ιατρός είμαι ωστόσο επειδή γνωρίζω αρκετά πάνω στο θέμα έχω να σας πω το εξής, έγινε ένα λάθος η τοξική δόση είναι άνω των 350mg ο πατέρας σας πήρε 150mg δεν τρέχει κάτι δεν πρέπει να ξαναγίνει ασφαλώς. Στην δόση που το λαμβάνει 75mg δηλαδή σημαίνει ότι έχει μεν αλλά ήπια κατάθλιψη. Όσον αφορά την διπλή δόση μπορεί να παρουσιάσει πολλών ειδών συμπτώματα, όπως αδυναμία, ζάλη, ναυτία, γαστρεντερικές διαταραχές. Αυτό δεν σημαίνει ότι θα συμβούν όλα αυτά απλώς αυξάνεται η πιθανότητα. Μην ανησυχείτε.
