Τι να κάνω για επίπονη ωτίτιδα που δεν υποχωρεί με zithromax και algofren;

Καλημέρα. Βρίσκομαι σε παραθέριση και με ξεκίνησε επίπονη ωτίτιδα. Επισκέφτηκα γιατρό και μου έδωσε τριήμερη αγωγή zithromax 250mg.και σταγόνες paroticin πρωί βράδυ για 5 μέρες.Σήμερα είναι να πάρω την τελευταία δόση της αντιβίωσης και ο πόνος πλέον είναι δυσβάσταχτος και δεν υποχωρεί ούτε με algofren 600mg. Τί να κάνω;
