Τι να κάνω για οστεοπόρωση μετά από κάταγμα και ανησυχία για Aclasta;
Μετά από κάταγμα στην κνήμη και χειρουργική επέμβαση με υλικά οστεοσύνθεσης τα οποία αφαιρέθηκαν αργότερα η μέτρηση οστικής πυκνότητας που έκανα πρόσφατα έδειξε 2,7, δηλαδή οστεοπόρωση, ενώ πριν από ένα χρόνο η ίδια εξέταση είχε δείξει οστεοπενία (2,4). Είμαι 48 χρονών και βρίσκομαι ήδη στην εμμηνόπαυση. Ο ορθοπεδικός που με χειρούργησε με παρέπεμψε σε ενδοκρινολόγο, ο οποίος μου πρότεινε θεραπεία με ετήσια χορήγηση aclasta για τρία χρόνια και μετά επανεξέταση. Επειδή έχω πρόβλημα με τα δόντια μου και διάβασα ότι το συγκεκριμένο φάρμακο μπορεί να προκαλέσει νέκρωση της γνάθου, φοβάμαι να πάρω την απόφαση να αρχίσω τη θεραπεία. Τι με συμβουλεύετε να κάνω;
