Μπορώ να αντικαταστήσω το Fosavance λόγω ιλίγγων και ζαλάδων;

Καλημέρα. Είμαι 50 ετών και παίρνω Fosavance 70mg και Calciform D3 εδώ και 2,5 χρόνια. Τα τελευταία 2 χρόνια περίπου έχω ιλίγγους και καθημερινές έντονες ζαλάδες. Είδα ότι αναφέρονται στις συχνές παρενέργειες. Μπορώ να αντικαταστήσω το Fosavance με κάτι άλλο; Έχω ήδη επισκεφτεί ωτορινολαρυγγολόγους και δεν είδα βελτίωση. Ευχαριστώ.
