Πόνος δεξιού ισχίου με φθορά χόνδρου: εκφυλιστική ή φλεγμονώδης πάθηση;
Γειά σας έχω πόνο στο δεξιό ισχίο που μετατοπίζεται στη βουβωνική χώρα γόνατο κ μέση ιστορικό έντονης αθλητικής δραστηριότητας (πρώην αθλήτριας) και έντονες παραμορφώσεις και στα δύο πέλματα (κότσι). Η μαγνητική με σκιαγραφικό έδειξε φθορά χόνδρου (οστεοαρθρίτιδα) οστικό οίδημα και μικρές κύστεις ορογοθυλακίτιδα κ ήπια υμενίτιδα κάνω βελονισμό κ κολύμπι που με βοηθούν.. θα ήθελα τη γνώμη σας για την αιτία αυτών των ευρημάτων κ αν θεωρείτε ότι σχετίζονται με εκφυλιστική ή φλεγμονώδη πάθηση.
