Υπάρχει ένδειξη για κογχεκτομή με στραβό διάφραγμα και καρδιακό ιστορικό;
Έχω λίγο στραβό διάφραγμα (έτσι μου είχε πει ωρλ που είχα επισκεφθεί) αλλά και υπερτροφικές κόγχες και κυρίως όταν κοιμάμαι μου βουλώνει 1 από τα δύο ρουθούνια. Όταν ξυπνάω έχω πάντα μια μικρή καταρροή. Μου είχε δώσει μια αγωγή δύο βδομάδες με αντισταμινικά και spray. Πολύ καλά ένιωθα αλλά δεν μπορούσα να χρησιμοποιώ το spray για πάντα (dexaris). Δεν μπορώ να χειρουργηθώ λόγω ιστορικού καρδιάς (έχω προσθετική βαλβίδα melody) και παίρνω σαλοσπίρ των 100. Έψαξα στο ίντερνετ για κογχεκτομή, υπάρχει ένδειξη για μένα, θα με ωφελούσε;

Πιθανότατα ναι. Για να σας απαντήσω όμως σίγουρα πρέπει προφανώς πρώτα να σας εξετάσω. Ευχαρίστως να τα πούμε αναλυτικά από κοντά, ως ειδικός μάλιστα στην επέμβαση των ρινικών κογχών. Παρεμπιπτόντως, δεν μιλάμε για κογχεκτομη αλλά για κογχοτομη ή καυτηριασμό κογχών ή συνδυασμό των δύο
