Θα έχει αποτέλεσμα το λέιζερ και η τοπική θεραπεία για μύκητα aspergillus;

Καλημέρα σας Βρέθηκε στα νύχια των ποδιών μου ο μύκητας aspergillus Έχω σοβαρά προβλήματα υγείας και είμαι ανοσοκατασταλμένος. Ο γιατρός πρότεινε χάπια stabilanol 200 mg και λέιζερ και τοπική θεραπεία με loceryl. Θα έχει αποτέλεσμα μόνο το λέιζερ και η τοπική θεραπεία; Σας Ευχαριστώ
