Αφαίρεση βασικοκυτταρικού καρκινώματος σε ηλικιωμένο 73 ετών;
Καλησπέρα ο πατέρας μου έχει μια ελιά την οποία 2 δερματολόγοι την αναγνώρισαν ως βασικοκυτταρικό καρκίνωμα . Είναι 73 ετών και παρατήρησα διαφορετική όψη της ελιάς από την πρώτη μέρα μέχρι και σήμερα . Απ' την μια φοβάμαι να προχωρήσω σε αφαίρεση λόγω της μεγάλης ηλικίας αλλά απ' την άλλη σκέφτομαι μήπως είναι απαραίτητο . Ποια είναι η γνώμη σας ;

Kαλημερα. Ενα βασικό κυτταρικοεπιθηλιωμα πρέπει να αφαιρείται, ειδικά σε νέο σχετικά ασθενή, γιατί εχει δυναμικό μεγέθυνσης-αύξησης του όγκου τα επόμενα χρόνια. Σε2-3 χρονια θα ειναι αρκετά πιο δύσκολη η αφαίρεση του....εφόσον δεν υπάρχουν άλλοι αποτρεπτικοι παράγοντες ,καλό είναι να προγραμματιστεί η αφαίρεση.
