Αν δεν υπάρχει οργανικό αίτιο και πρόκειται για σωματοποίηση ψυχοπιεστικών καταστάσεων το καλύτερο θα ήταν να λάβετε την κατάλληλη αγωγή από ψυχίατρο (δεν σημαίνει ότι δεν είστε στα καλά σας, αλλά αυτός γνωρίζει καλύτερα την ψυχοφαρμακολογία) και να ξεκινήσετε ψυχοθεραπεία.
