Υπάρχει πιθανότητα κακοήθειας με λεμφαδένες και χαμηλό C3/C4;
Μετά από ψηλάφηση λεμφαδένα στην κλείδα έκανα υπέρηχο που φάνηκε λεμφαδένας 0.8 χιλ με καλή εικόνα. 10 μέρες μετά εμφανίστηκε κινητό γρομπαλάκι στην ωμοπλάτη μου, που ήταν πάλι λεμφαδένας 12 χιλ. και αφαιρέθηκε ώστε να σταλεί για βιοψία. Η εικόνα του μου είπε ο χειρουργός είναι πολύ καλή και πιθανότατα πρόκειται για αντιδραστικό λεμφαδένα. Παράλληλα με παρακολουθεί ρευματολόγος για τη διερεύνηση αυτοάνοσου έπειτα από εξετάσεις με χαμηλό c3 και c4 αλλά οριακά αρνητικά ΑΝΑ (οπότε και δεν έχει βγει διάγνωση ξεκάθαρη). Είμαι 31 χρονών κ όλες οι υπόλοιπες εξετάσεις που έκανα πριν 3 μήνες ήταν πολύ καλές. Θεωρείτε ότι υπάρχει περίπτωση κακοήθειας??? Έχω μια μόνιμη εξάντληση και ανησυχώ πάρα πολύ.
