Χρειάζονται περαιτέρω αιματολογικές εξετάσεις για αναστροφή τύπου;
Προσφατες αιματολογικες εξετασεις δειχνουν λευκά αιμοσφαιρια 4,15 Κ/μL, ουδετεροφιλα 43% και λεμφοκυτταρα 45% (αναστροφή τύπου). Σχεδιάζουμε μια επανάληψη μετά από 1 - 11/2 καθώς υπήρχε και λίγο μπούκωμα. Θεωρείτε ότι χρήζουν και περαιτέρω αιματολογικής διερεύνησης τα εν λόγω αποτελέσματα βάσει απόλυτων αριθμών (πριν 9 μήνες είχαμε αντίστοιχα λευκά αιμοσφαιρια 5,22 Κ/μL, ουδετεροφιλα 58% και λεμφοκυτταρα 30%)? Ευχαριστώ θερμά προκαταβολικά.
