Κίνδυνος μετάστασης κλεψιέλας μετά από λιθοτριψία σε πέτρες νεφρών 1 cm
Καλημέρα, έχω 2 πέτρες 1 cm έκαστη, 1 στο ένα 1 στο άλλο νεφρό. Εν τω μεταξύ κουβαλάω από τον Νοέμβριο του 2022 μια κλεψιέλα η οποία δεν φεύγει με καμιά αντιβίωση. Πριν 10 ημέρες είχα κολικό, και πήγα στα επείγοντα. Εκεί διαπιστώσανε - συμπεράνανε ότι η κλεψιέλα έχει εγκατασταθεί στις πέτρες των νεφρών, και δεν πρόκειται ποτέ να φύγει αν δεν φύγουν οι πέτρες. Επίσης επειδή κινδύνεψα με απόφραξη νεφρού και σοβαρή μόλυνση, μου τοποθέτησαν πικτέιλ, και αποκαταστάθηκε η ομαλή κυκλοφορία των ούρων. Στην λιθοτριψία που πρόκειται να κάνω, κινδυνεύω να γίνει μετάσταση διαρροή της κλεψιέλας? Σε κάποια απάντηση είπατε, πρώτα να φύγει το μικρόβιο, και μετά λιθοτριψία. Η κλεψιέλα δεν φεύγει με τίποτα, τι να κάνω?

Καλησπέρα σας,καλό θα ήταν να σας κάνουν εισαγωγή στο νοσοκομείο και να λάβετε ενδοφλέβια αντιβίωση μετά από έλεγχο με καλλιέργεια και PCR για να βρεθεί έτσι συνδυασμός αντιβιοτικών που θα σκοτώσει την Klebsiella .Ελπίζω να σας βοήθησα εύχομαι καλή επιτυχία και Ευχαριστώ πολύ.
