Πιθανότητες μη μετάστασης μετά από ριζική νεφρεκτομή T3a, vimentin(-)

Έκανα ριζική νεφρεκτομή για διαυγοκυτταρικό καρκίνο 9 εκατοστών χωρίς μετάσταση, καθαρά όρια, χωρίς αγγειακή-λεμφαγγειακή διήθηση, χωρίς νεκρώσεις μόνο περιορισμένη διήθηση περινεφρικού λίπους... Η ιστολογική έδειξε στάδιο T3a Βάθμου 2 με vimentin(-).... Τι πιθανότητες έχω να μην κάνει μετάσταση και τι σημαίνει vimentin (-)... Ευχαριστώ πολύ!!!!
