Πώς να αντιμετωπίσω φούσκωμα και πόνο με διαφραγματοκήλη και ευερέθιστο έντερο;
Είμαι 82 ετών γυναίκα. Ξαφνικά φούσκωσε η κοιλιά μου σα μπαλόνι και δε λέει να υποχωρήσει εδώ και 1 μήνα. Διαγνώστηκα διαφραγματοκήλη και ευερέθιστο έντερο μετά από πρόσφατη κολονοσκόπηση γαστροσκόπηση. Προσέχω σχολαστικά τη διατροφή μου αλλά τίποτα φούσκωμα και πόνος. Τα φάρμακα Spasverin collalen και librax δεν με βοηθούν. Μήπως πρέπει να περιμένω λίγο ακόμα ή να πάρω ίσως προβιοτικά ή ακόμα και psyllium που έχει βοηθήσει πολλούς. Δεν θέλω να παίρνω πολλά φάρμακα λόγω της διαφραγματοκήλης. Υποφέρω πολύ με πόνους και αίσθηση ατελούς κένωσης. Ευχαριστώ

Το ότι έχετε διαφραγματοκηλη δεν αποτρέπει την λήψη φαρμάκων.
