Πρήξιμο και σκληρότητα μετά από αποκατάσταση ομφαλοκήλης: αιτίες;

Καλησπέρα σας. Πριν μια εβδομάδα έκανα αποκατάσταση μετεγχειρητικής ομφαλοκηλης με ανοιχτό χειρουργείο. Πέρα από λίγο πόνο δεν ενοιωσα κατι. Συμπεριφέρομαι με βάση ακριβώς τις οδηγίες του γιατρού, αλλά την 5η ημέρα παρατήρησα ένα πρήξιμο πάλι στο σημείο που ήταν η ομφαλοκηλη. Ψιλαφιζοντας το σημείο παρατηρώ ότι πολύ σκληρό κι όχι όπως πριν το χειρουργείο μαλακό. Μήπως υποτροπίασε η κήλη ή έσπασαν τα ράμματα ή μήπως είναι οίδημα στην περιοχή και ανησυχώ λανθασμένα; Σας ευχαριστώ για τον χρόνο σας.
