Καλησπέρα σας Έκανα χειρουργείο πριν περίπου δέκα μήνες ,δεξιά και αριστερά, χειρουργείο βουβωνοκήλη με διπλό πλέγμα.Τις τελευταίες 2 βδομάδες έχω ενοχλήσεις στην μια πλευρά κάποιες στιγμές σαν κάψιμο,κάποιες άλλες σαν πίεση ανεκτά και τα δυο. Η δουλειά μου έχει άμεση σχέση με βάρη και αυτό που άλλαξε στην καθημερινότητα μου είναι ότι ξεκίνησα γυμναστήριο εδώ και δύο βδομάδες.Ειναι κάτι ανησυχητικό ή κατι που μπορεί να συμβεί και με τον χρόνο να επανέλθει;

Γυμναστήριο χωρίς βάρη τώρα.Μετα τον μήνα ως 10 κιλά βάρος.Στους δύο μήνες πιο ελεύθερα, αλλά όχι 50 κιλά!!!
