Άσκηση μετά από ρομποτική επέμβαση βουβωνοκήλης: Πότε είναι ασφαλής;

Καλησπέρα σας. Πριν 5 εβδομάδες έκανα επέμβαση αμφω βουβωνοκήλης με τη μέθοδο ΕΤΕΠ ρομποτικά. Μπορώ να κάνω στο γυμναστήριο ασκήσεις όπως κάμψεις, σανίδα και κρέμασμα από το μονόζυγο μόνο με το σωματικό μου βάρος χωρίς να υπάρχει ο φόβος της υποτροπής? Τέλος όσον αφορά την άρση βάρους, μετά από πόσες εβδομάδες και μέχρι πόσα κιλά μπορώ να σηκώνω αλλά να είμαι ασφαλής και να μην υπάρξει κάποια υποτροπή? Εννοείται ότι δεν θα κάνω άρση βαρών... σας ευχαριστώ
