Ποια αγωγή ακολουθείται μετά υστεροσκόπηση για επανεμφάνιση συμφύσεων και αν το σπιράλ προκαλεί φλεγ
Είχα 4 αποβολές 1ου τριμήνου κ 2 απόξεσεις. Έχω κάνει 2 υστεροσκοπήσεις για διόρθωση διαφράγματος και συμφύσεων. Είχα πάρει μετά τη 2η υστεροσκόπηση HRT για 2 μήνες, dexamethasone για 3 βδομάδες και είχα σπιράλ για 2 μήνες. Οι συμφύσεις έχουν επανέλθει. Μου συνέστησαν υστεροσκόπηση. Ποια αγωγή ακολουθείται σε αυτή την περίπτωση (πχ HRT, steroids κλπ) ? Υπάρχει περίπτωση το σπιράλ να προκαλεί φλεγμονή που με τη σειρά του να δημιουργεί συμφύσεις?
