Πόσες μέρες μετά από 3ήμερη χρήση tranexamic acid μπορώ να ξαναπάρω για αδενομύωση;

Σας έχω ξαναγράψει, Έχω αδενομύωση και είχα βαριές αιμορραγίες. Έκανα απόξεση και έβαλα μιρένα πριν 9 μήνες. Στην αρχή βελτιώθηκε η κατάσταση αλλά τώρα έχω περίοδο για 15 μέρες καμιά φορά σταματά για κάποιες ώρες και μετά ξαναξεκινά. Ήπια και tranexamic acid μετά από οδηγίες της γυναικολόγου. Σήμερα το πρωί αυξήθηκε η ροή αλλά μετά σταμάτησε. Η γιατρός μου πιστεύει ότι πρέπει να κάνω υπομονή και ότι το μιρένα είναι η μόνη λύση για την αδενομύωση και να παίρνω tranexamic acid αν αυξηθεί η ροή 3 φορές τη μέρα για μάξιμουμ 3 μέρες. Πόσες μέρες μετά που ήπια tranexamic για 3 μέρες μπορώ να ξαναπάρω?

  • Καλησπέρα σας. Εφόσον 9 μήνες μετά την τοποθέτηση Mirena εξακολουθείτε να έχετε αιμορραγία που διαρκεί έως και 15 ημέρες, θα πρότεινα επανεκτίμηση από γυναικολόγο και όχι απλώς επαναλαμβανόμενους κύκλους τρανεξαμικού οξέος χωρίς νέα οδηγία.
