Ξέχασα δεύτερη δόση PrEP 2-1-1 και την πήρα 32 ώρες μετά, χρειάζομαι PEP;

Παίρνω προφυλακτική αγωγή PrEP κατά του ιού του HIV, σε δοσολογία ανάγκης 2-1-1. Δηλαδή 2 χάπια 24 ώρες πριν τη σεξουαλική επαφή, και από ένα 24 ώρες και 48 ώρες μετά την πιθανή έκθεση. Ξέχασα να πάρω τη δεύτερη δόση εντός 24 ωρών και αντίθετα την πήρα 32 ώρες αργότερα. Οι άλλες δύο δόσεις πάρθηκαν σωστά. Με βάση αυτή την καθυστέρηση 8 ωρών της δεύτερης δόσης είναι αναγκαίο να περάσω σε PEP, ή δεν υπάρχει κίνδυνος?

  • Αν όπως λέτε η καθυστέρηση της 1ης μετά το σεξ δόσης είναι λιγότερο από 12 ώρες και λάβατε επίσης τη 2η μετά το σεξ δόση στην ώρα της δεν υπάρχει λόγος ανησυχίας .
