Chronic Hepatopathies - Viral Hepatitis

Να ερευνήσω περαιτέρω για ηπατική αλλοίωση μετά από υπέρηχο και αξονική;

Η αξονική με σκιαγραφικο αναφέρει στο ηπαρ "ολιγοχιλιομετρικη υποπυκνη αλλοίωση πιθανα αφορά κυστιδιο". Όλα τα άλλα κομπλε. Δεν γίνεται όμως κάποια σύσταση για περαιτέρω διερεύνηση. Μετά από 3 μήνες κάνω υπερηχο βρίσκει οριακά αυξημένες διαστάσεις ηπατος (17εκ) και λιπωδη διηθηση (επαληθεύεται από οριακά αυξημένη γ gt). Ωστόσο λέει ότι δεν διακρίνονται χωροτακτικου τυπου βλάβες(το υποτιθεμενο κυστιδιο δεν βρεθηκε;). Πιστεύετε ότι πρέπει να ψάξω περισσότερο για αυτήν την αλλοίωση;
