Επανεμφάνιση ηπατίτιδας C μετά από θεραπεία: Παλιά λοίμωξη ή νέα?
Καλησπέρα! Ο σύζυγος μου πριν 5 χρόνια διαγνώστηκε με ηπατίτιδα c, έκανε θεραπεία και όλες οι εξετάσεις του από εκεί και πέρα δεν έδειχναν ξανά ηπατίτιδα. Πριν 1 χρόνο κάναμε προγεννητικό έλεγχο και έδειξε αρνητικό anti-hcv. Καταλήξαμε όμως στο γεγονός ότι χρειαζόμαστε ivf και τώρα που ξαναέγιναν οι εξετάσεις βρέθηκε θετικός στα αντισώματα ηπατίτιδας c. Υπάρχει περίπτωση να ξαναγύρισε ο ιός ή δείχνουν την παλιά λοίμωξη? Οι εξετάσεις πραγματοποιήθηκαν σε διαφορετικά διαγνωστικά κέντρα.
