Αυξημένη SGOT 38 σε παιδί 9 ετών με φυσιολογικές SGPT και γGT χρειάζεται έλεγχο;
Καλησπέρα αυξημένη SGOT 38 με όριο το 36 σε παιδί 9 ετών και SGPT και γGT φυσιολογικές θέλει παραπάνω έλεγχο? Και στο περσινό check up ήταν πάλι 38.

Μπορεί να είναι μυϊκής αιτιολογίας. Τσεκαρετε και την CPK

Καλησπέρα σας,είναι σχεδόν φυσιολογικό μπορεί να επηρεάσει την SGOT η έντονη μυϊκή καταπόνηση (τρέξιμο ή κάποιο άθλημα ποδοσφαίρο ή άλλη δραστηριότητα)μετά μήπως πέρασε κάποια ιογενής λοίμωξη.Κατά την γνώμη μου επαναλάβετε την εξέταση μετά ηρεμίας.καλό είναι να το αναφέρετε στο παιδίατρο.ελπίζω να σας βοήθησα και ευχαριστώ πολύ
