Πώς να τοποθετώ σωστά εσωτερικές αιμορροΐδες μετά από αφόδευση;

Εἶμαι 43 ἐτῶν.Ἔχω ἐσωτερικὲς αἰμοροΐδες καὶ ραγάδα.Ἔχω κάνει θεραπεία καὶ ἡρέμησαν σχετικά,ὅμως βγαίνουν στὴν ἀφόδευση.Ποιός εἶναι ὁ καλύτερος τρόπος νὰ βάζω μέσα τὶς αἱμοροΐδες; Τὶς βάζω μὲ λάδι στὸ μικρό μου δάχτυλο. Ἀμέσως μετὰ τὴν κένωση ὁ σφυχτήρας εἶναι πολύ χαλαρός καὶ δὲν συγκρατοῦνται μέσα, σύντομα σφίγγει καὶ τότε τὶς πονάει. Προσπαθῶ ὄρθιος στὸ WC; καθιστός; ἤ πρέπει νὰ ξαπλώνω σύντομα στὸ κρεββάτι σὲ στάση ἐξέτασης (γόνατα σε ορθή γωνία) γιὰ νὰ τὶς βάζω μέσα; Ἤ κάπως ἀλλιῶς;
