Αίσθημα ατελούς κένωσης, φούσκωμα, εξογκώματα: ποιον γιατρό να δω;

Έχω συνεχή αίσθημα ατελούς κένωσης, φούσκωμα στο πρωκτό, έχω κάτι σαν εξογκώματα εσωτερικά και εξωτερικά, νιώθω σαν υπάρχει κάτι, κάποιες φορές πόνο, κάψιμο και βγάζω κάποιο υγρό επίσης πονάω στην κοιλιά στο κάτω μέρος κυρίως ειδικά αν βάλω πίεση τι γιατρό χρειάζομαι;
