Ίλιγγος και πτώση ακοής με εμβοές: αιτίες και εξετάσεις διαχείρισης

Τον Απρίλιο του 2024 είχα ίλιγγο και αιφνίδια πτώση ακοής στο αριστερό αυτί. Την επόμενη ημέρα πήγα σε ΩΡΛ και μου έδωσε κορτιζόνη σε χάπια και στη συνέχεια έκανα ενδοτυμπανικές ενέσεις, χωρίς αποτέλεσμα ενώ ταυτόχρονα είχα και έντονες εμβοές. Μαγνητική λιθοειδών και εξετάσεις αίματος χωρίς ευρήματα. Τον Νοέμβριο του 2025 έπαθα ακριβώς το ίδιο και είχα πάλι πτώση ακοής και εντονότερο βουητό. Έκανα πάλι θεραπεία αλλά τίποτα. Προσπαθώ να βρω από τι προέρχεται αλλά και τι εξετάσεις επιπλέον να κάνω πέραν των προαναφερόμενων. Και φυσικά κάτι για τη διαχείριση του βουητού.
