Όγκος στο κεφάλι

Είμαι Ελληνίδα και ζω στο εξωτερικό. Βρέθηκε μηνιγγιωμα εγκεφάλου 2,4 εκ.οπισθιου θόλου. Μου συνέστησαν G knife. Είμαι 70 ετών. Τι κινδύνους αντιμετωπίζω από αυτή την ακτινοβολία; μήπως στο μέλλον ξαναδημιουργηθει κάτι ή είναι σπάνια πιθανοτητα; υπάρχει βιβλιογραφία παλαιών ασθενών που υποβλήθηκαν σε G knife και η πορεία τους;

  • Ο κύριος σκοπός της ακτινοχειρουργικής είναι να αναστείλει την αύξηση του μεγέθους τέτοιων όγκων αν και συχνά οι διαστάσεις του μειώνονται μέγεθος. το πρώτο ερώτημα είναι αν πρέπει να αντιμετωπισθεί ο όγκος και σε δεύτερη φάση αποφασίζεται η μέθοδος
