Μικρό εξόγκωμα πίσω από το δεξί αυτί: είναι ανησυχητικό;

Καλησπέρα σας! Έχω ένα μικρό εξόγκωμα, σαν μικρό καρούμπαλο στο δεξιό μέρος του κεφαλιού, πίσω από το αυτί, το οποίο υπάρχει χρόνια, αλλά χωρίς καμία ενόχληση. Έχω απλά παρατηρήσει την ύπαρξη του. Να ανησυχήσω όμως, καθώς στο αριστερό μέρος δεν υπάρχει; Αν ναι, που να απευθυνθώ;
