Λύσεις για φούσκωμα, δυσφορία και ρέψιμο παρά τη θεραπεία με χάπι?

Καλησπέρα, έχω θέμα με φούσκωμα από αέρα στο στομάχι έχω κάνει όλες της εξετάσεις για δυσανεξίες δεν έχω κάπου και ενώ περνώ θεραπεία - χάπι πάλι υποφέρω...θα μπορούσατε να μου προτείνεται λύσεις για να αντιμετωπίσω το φούσκωμα- δυσφορία και το συνεχής ρεψιμο? Ακόμα και κάποιο χάπι? Σας ευχαριστώ εκ των προτέρων!!!
