Πόσο σοβαρός είναι ο καρκίνος ενδομητρίου grade 1 με P53 wild type;
Γεια σας. Η μητέρα μου διαγνώστηκε με καρκίνο στο ενδομήτριο grade 1. Είναι ενδομητρειωδης και μετά από μαγνητική που κάναμε μας είπαν ότι είναι στάδιο 1 και έχει καταλάβει λιγότερο από το 50% της μήτρας. Στην βιοψία αναγράφει κάτι που έχει ανησυχήσει: P53 wild type expression το οποίο απ ότι έχω καταλάβει έχει να κάνει με τις υποτροπές. Θα υποβληθεί σε ολική υστερεκτομη ( μήτρα ωοθήκες σάλπιγγες ). Θα ήθελα να μου πείτε γενικά ποσό σοβαρή είναι η κατάσταση και τι πρόγνωση θα δίνατε. Ευχαριστω πολύ!

Η μητέρας σας έχει το πιο καλό σενάριο καρκίνου ενδομητρίου. Θα κάνει υστερεκτομή μετά των ωοθηκών, θα γίνει και βιοψία λεμφαδενων και ανάλογα τι θα δείξει η βιοψία θα κάνει ή όχι επιπλέον θεραπείες. Η πρόγνωση είναι εξαιρετικά καλή.
