Να ανησυχώ για κύστη 1.2 εκ. στον δεξί μαστό με καμπύλες αγγειοβριθείας;
Εκανα μαγνητικη μαστων και στον δεξι μαστο στην 10η ωρα πλησιν της θηληςαπεικονιζεται κυστη 1.2 εκατ. Μετα την χορηγηση σκιαγραφικου υπαρχουν περιοχες εντονης προσληψης στα πλαισια περιοχων εστιακης αδενωσης.Αυτη η κυστη ελεγχεται στον αξονα της 2ης ωρας του δεξιου μαστου και εχει καμπυλες αγγειοβριθειας τυπου-Ι Να ανησυχω;;

Από τη περιγραφή της MRI δεν φαίνεται κάτι ανησυχητικό. Σίγουρα όμως χρειάζεσαι και κλινική εκτίμηση από μαστολόγο.
