Καλημέρα, το τελευταίο διήμερο έχω συχνούς στιγμιαίους πόνους στο στομάχι, συνοδευόμενους από πρήξιμο, φούσκωμα και αίσθημα ναυτίας κατά την στιγμή της κορύφωσης του πόνου. Τί μπορεί να είναι; Χρειάζεται άμεση εξέταση;
