Γαστροσκόπηση: Ήπια υπεραιμία και διάβρωση στο άντρο στομάχου, Nexium 40 ή 20;
Έκανα γαστροσκόπηση έδειξε στο άντρο του στομάχου ήπια υπεραιμία και μια διάβρωση του βλεννογόνου προπυλωρικά. Περιμένει λέει τις ιστολογικές για να δώσει θεραπεία σας ακούγεται σωστό; Μέχρι να βγουν παίρνω Nexium αλλά 40 το 20 είναι ελαφρύ εδώ δεν με είχε καλύψει όταν είχα πάρει γαστροπροστασία με αντιφλεγμονώδες των 20 και έγινε η ζημιά. Οπότε 40 ή 20.

Κατ'αρχήν η γαστροπροστασία δεν μηδενίζει τον κίνδυνο από τα αντιφλεγμονώδη, απλά τον μειώνει (όσο Nexium ή άλλο και να παίρνατε) και κυρίως μειώνει τον κίνδυνο σοβαρής αιμορραγίας.
Είχα απαντήσει και σε ανάλογη ερώτηση (μάλλον δική σας) πριν μέρες - ήπια γαστρίτιδα άντρου και μία διάβρωση θα μπορούσαν να μείνουν και χωρίς αγωγή μέχρι να βγούν οι βιοψίες. Οπότε τα 20mg Nexium επαρκούν και με το παραπάνω.
