Καλησπέρα σας Κ ευχαριστώ εκ των προτέρων για την οποιαδήποτε απάντηση υπάρξει. γαστροσκόπηση πριν λίγες μέρες ..καρδ. συμβολή 34cm. διάφραγμα 37cm. ολισθαίνουσα διαφραματοκήλη. επί της ΚΟΣ στην 4η, 6η και 12η ώρα παρατηρούνται γλώσσες κυλινδρικού επιθηλίου στο πλακώδες του οισοφάγου μήκους πάνω από 5χιλ ελήφθησαν βιοψίες. θόλος σώμα άντρο βολβός 2η μοίρα χωρίς ευρήματα.. είναι Μπάρετ. αλλά σοβαρό;

Για να είναι οισοφάγος Barrett πρέπει οι γλωσιδες να είναι άνω του 1 εκατοστού κ η βιοψία αυτών να δείξει εντερική μετάπλαση.

Θα μπορούσε να είναι barrett αλλά θα πρέπει να περιμένετε τις βιοψίες.
