Χρήση h2 blockers για χρόνια ΓΟΠ λόγω διαφραγματοκήλης: παρενέργειες;

Γεια σας έχω διαφραγματοκηλη και αυτό με οδηγεί στο να έχω γοπ η οποία δεν αντιμετωπίζεται αν δεν λαμβάνω φάρμακα. Επειδή όμως είμαι αρκετά νέος 30 ετών και δεν μπορώ να λαμβάνω πραζολες μια ζωή καθώς έχουν παρενέργειες μπορείτε να μου πείτε αν μπορώ να λαμβάνω h2 blockers τύπου πεπταν η και αυτά έχουν τις ίδιες παρενέργειες με τις πραζολες;τι άλλο μπορώ να κάνω; Φοβάμαι μην αναπτύξω καμία κακοήθεια γιατί είμαι νεαρός ακόμα για να έχω χρόνια γοπ
