Σύνδρομο Barrett με έλκη: Να συνεχίσω Pariet και Sirloton;
Έχω σύνδρομο Barrett με έλκη 2ου και τρίτου βαθμού. Έκανα γαστροσκοπήσεις έδωσα για καρκίνο ή όχι εντάξει από αυτό. Παίρνω εδώ και 10 χρόνια Pariet 20mg και Sirloton εδώ και 10 χρόνια στην αρχή δεν είχα αποτελέσματα γιατί δεν έκανα δίαιτα τώρα που κάνω δίαιτα τα πράγματα πάνε καλά αλλά το βράδυ ενώ κοιμάμαι με κλειστό στόμα η μαξιλαροθήκη μου κάθε πρωί έχει λεκέδες από τα γαστροοισοφαγικά υγρά. Η στεναχώρια δεν λείπει ποτέ έχω παλικάρι 29 χρ. ΑΜΕΑ ΝΑ ΣΥΝΕΧΊΣΩ ΝΑ ΤΑ ΠΑΊΡΝΩ Ή ΝΑ ΠΆΡΩ ΚΆΤΙ ΆΛΛΟ ΕΥΧΑΡΙΣΤΏ ΠΟΛΎ.

Προφανώς αυτά που κάνετε μέχρι τώρα δεν αρκούν. Κατ'αρχήν το Cilroton που παίρνετε είναι άχρηστο. Δεύτερον πάρτε το Pariet πρωί- βράδι ή μόνο το βράδι. Πέραν αυτών θα πρέπει να συζητήσετε το ενδεχόμενο αντιπαλινδρομικής επέμβασης και μανομετρίας οισοφάγου. Επειδή όλα αυτά είναι σύνθετα θα πρέπει να απευθυνθείτε σε έναν γαστρεντερολόγο για να σας αναλάβει και να σας ρυθμίσει.
