Πρέπει να διακόψω το Peptan λόγω στομαχικών πόνων και διαφραγματοκήλης;
Λόγω υψηλής χοληστερίνης μου συστάθηκαν να παίρνω εφ όρου zurcazol, clovelen και platorel Όμως το zurcazol είχε σταματήσει να κυκλοφορεί και μου συνέστησαν pantium που όμως δεν με έπιανε στους πρώιμους πόνους στο στομάχι Άλλαξα σε peptan 40 Ταυτόχρονα σε εξέταση αξονική βρέθηκε διαφραγματοκήλη Συνέχισα το peptan ως γαστροπροστασία Όμως το παίρνω εδώ και ένα χρόνο και τελευταία μου παρουσιάστηκαν έντονοι πρώιμοι πόνοι στο στομάχι Μήπως λόγω μακροχρόνιας λήψης χρειάζεται να το διακόψω και να το αντικαταστήσω με κάποιο άλλο ενόσω συνεχίζω τη λήψη clovelen και platorel;

Να κάνετε γαστροσκόπηση για να ελεγχθεί το στομάχι σας. Το σίγουρο πάντως είναι ότι το Peptan δεν σας καλύπτει σαν γαστροπροστασία.

Το peptan από ένα σημείο κ μετά κάνει ανοχή στον οργανισμό κ δεν είναι αποτελεσματικό για μακροχρόνια χορήγηση.
Μπορείτε να επιλέξετε έναν από τους υπόλοιπους αναστολείς αντλίας πρωτονίων ως γαστροπροστασια όπως πχ το Laprazol, το Nexium, το Pariet κ.α.
