Πότε η παλινδρόμηση είναι παροδική και πώς αντιμετωπίζεται μόνιμα;
Η παλινδρόμηση σε ποιες περιπτώσεις είναι παροδική ? Γιατί ξέρω πολλούς που έχουν γίνει καλά και δεν τους έχει ξαναενοχλήσει..ξέρω μια φίλη που είχε παλινδρόμηση και τώρα έχει χρόνια να την ενοχλήσει.

Αν η παλινδρομηση οφείλετε στην κακη διατροφή, στο αλκοολ ή σε στρες μπορει να διορθωθει. Αν ομως οφειλετε σε διαφραγματοκηλη ή αχαλασια οισοφαγου ή σε χολολιθιαση κτλ τοτε δεν διορθωνετε ευκολα.

Αν δεν υπάρχει αιτία από το στομάχι (πχ διαφραγματοκήλη) ή άλλος ιατρικός λόγος τότε η παλινδρόμηση είναι αμιγώς θέμα βάρους και τρόπου ζωής και διατροφής, οπότε διορθώνοντας αυτά εξαφανίζεται.
