Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) nexium

Πόσος χρόνος χρειάζεται για πλήρη ανάρρωση από γαστρίτιδα Α βαθμού;

Έχω γαστρίτιδα Α βαθμού και 2 εκ. Διαφραγματοκήλη εδώ και ενάμιση χρόνο. Παίρνω nexium 40mg. Κάθε πρωί σχεδόν σε όλο αυτό το διάστημα. Αν κάνω αυστηρή διατροφή και ακολουθήσω όλους τους κανόνες σχετικά με τα βάρη και τον ύπνο σε πόσο καιρό περίπου θα φύγει τελείως η γαστρίτιδα;;

    Αν δεν ξέρω τι είδους γαστρίτιδα έχετε δεν μπορώ να απαντήσω.
    Πάντως αγωγή Nexium 40mg για ενάμιση χρόνο είναι υπερβολική και χωρίς λογική.
