Πόνος στο στήθος και πλάτη μετά το φαγητό ανακουφίζεται με Coltrane σκονάκι

Γεια σας , είμαι 33 και έχει 2 εβδομάδες που με έπιασε 2 φορές ένας πόνος στο στήθος κάτω από κει που τελειώνει και μπροστά σαν στομάχι αλλά και όχι ταυτόχρονα και παράλληλα επεκτανοταν στην πλάτη . Όμως και τις δύο φορές δεν μου πέρασε ούτε με κάποιο παυσίπονο στομάχου αλλά μόνο με Coltrane σκονάκι . Μήπως γνωρίζετε τι μπορεί να είναι ; Ο πόνος είναι ξαφνικός , περίπου 2-3 ώρες μετά το φαγητό και τις 2 φορές
