Ποιο φάρμακο να πάρω για διαφραγματοκήλη αν το Παριέτ 20mg δεν βοηθά;

Καλησπέρα. Παίρνω το Παριέτ των 20 μιλιγκράμ για τη διαφραγματοκήλη και την παλινδρόμηση όμως δεν με βοηθάει. Όταν παίρνω 2 με βοηθάνε. Άρα πρέπει ν' αλλάξω φάρμακο και να πάρω των 40 μιλιγκράμ. Ποιο να πάρω;

  • Όταν η λήψη μίας δόσης δεν βοηθάει η απάντηση δεν είναι ο διπλασιασμός της δόσης αλλά η λήψη του φαρμάκου δύο φορές τη μέρα (άρα 20mg δύο φορές τη μέρα). ΑΛΛΑ αν έχετε τέτοιο ζήτημα παλινδρόμησης θα πρέπει να συζητήσετε το ενδεχόμενο χειρουργικής αντιμετώπισης.
