Η θολοπλαστικη ενδείκνυται σε περιπτώσεις χαλαρού ΚΟΣ χωρίς ύπαρξη διαφραγματοκηλης; Ξέρω αυτό το ότι μπορεί να μην φαίνεται στην γαστροσκόπηση κτλ Ας υποθέσουμε ότι δεν υπάρχει και είμαστε σίγουροι. Ευχαριστώ εκ των προτέρων

  • Εαν δεν εχετε μεγαλη διαφραγματοκηλη τοτε για να σας προτεινει ο χειρουργος σας λαπαροσκοπικη θολοπλαστικη θα πρεπει να κανετε πρωτα μανομετρια και πεχαμετρια 24ωρου ωστε να επιβεβαιωθει οτι οντως εχετε παλινδρομηση και οτι δεν εχετε διαταραχες κινητικοτητας οισοφαγου. Οτιδηποτε αλλο ειναι λαθος. Ενας χαλαρος ΚΟΣ σαν μοναδικο ευρημα σε μια γαστροσκοπηση ειναι ελαχιστης σημασιας απο μονο του.
