Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) losec

Γαστροσκόπηση: Γαστροοισοφαγική παλινδρόμηση, πολύποδες και losec χρήση;

Πολύ πρόσφατα έκανα γαστροσκόπηση και ο γιατρός διέγνωσε γαστροοισοφαγική παλινδρόμηση αλλά και πολύποδες στο σώμα του στομάχου από 0,4 cm έως 1 cm (δύο από αυτούς, από τους οποίους πήρε κομματάκι για βιοψία). Μου έγραψε και losec. Όμως προβληματίζομαι να το πιω μήπως επιδεινώσει την εικόνα των πολυπόδων. Τι προτείνετε; Ευχαριστώ πολύ.

  • Όντως τα PPI's κάνουν πολύποδες αλλά και η παλινδρόμηση χρειάζεται θεραπεία. Η λύση είναι αντιμετώπιση της παλινδρόμησης με όσο λιγότερα φάρμακα γίνεται και κυρίως με τροποποίηση του τρόπου ζωής και διατροφής. Όσο για τους πολύποδες θα πρέπει να αφαιρεθούν, τουλάχιστον οι μεγάλοι.

    Εφ όσον διαγνωστηκατε με Γαστροοισοφαγική παλινδρόμηση θα πρέπει να ακολουθήσετε για κάποιο χρονικό διάστημα την θεραπεία που σας πρότειναν.
